DIFF / ISO-1008/1016/1032 amplifier.

General.

The CNV/ISO-1000 series amplifiers are unipolar EEG amplifiers capable to amplify signals in a 0.016 (1 period/minute) to 300 Hz. It is especially useful for EEG and Evoked Potential studies where the signals are directly fed into an AD Converter board in a PC.

The CNV/ISO-1000 Amplifier system provides full isolation of the patient connections with respect to the outputs and Operator Console. The CNV/ISO-1000 amplifiers have individual Gain (8 steps) and Time Constant (3 steps) controls per channel. The low pass filter is centrally adjusted for all channels and has a 4th order roll-off slope to function as anti-aliasing filters for the AD Converter.
The system consists of a Control Unit (Operator Console) and a Preamplifier Box. On the Preamplifier Box is an impedance check circuit for the electrodes. Each electrode has its own LED lamp to indicate if the impedance is above the selected level. In the same way, the offset voltage of the electrode can be checked. When the Operator switches to "Calibration", a selectable calibration voltage is applied to the real Input of the Preamplifier Box.
